True, but I think even the anime is improving from the earlier episodes, plus this anime feels kind of homey to me since it very similar to black clover and that was my daily watch for as long as it ran until I finished it. XD

then there are those who judge the beauty of a forest by looking at one tree-they have eyes but they're using it wrong. are they judging the tree or the forest? knowing where to look is pretty important.

the fundamental aspect of knowing how to judge is something that should be questioned as well between peers because not everyone is able to do so objectively.

The plot development is actually very good.
Especially this part, Shinonome-san was already dead. But, that dream is like another dimension where time intersect each other[I don't know the right way to say it, feels wrong there...], or smtg like that. Which means, Yuu-kun from the future and Shinonome-san from the past met each other in that dream place.

That's why SHinonome-san had that thought of saving him so the teacher wouldn't cry because her student is alive and told Yuu-kun about the stair thing. Shinonome-san's death is after the end of this dream which will be him returning to his own dimension and his own time, the past.

ya these anime is realistic version of humans with specially abilities that no matter how OP they are they still die on one single hit if they let there guard down on just a second againts a monster..

is it?? i don`t want to waste my 3 episodes allowance on something that will make throw another show into a trash can... so better make your case as good as it can be

You're better off reading the manga. While the story is all over the place in the first half, it gets better in the second half. It's a very character driven series, it's what makes the manga special.

I WATCH ANIME... i do not read manga...Done with comics after reading more than a thousand or couple at least... I want visuals mixed with a good story... not a barn filled with shit.

Man the new ED gives me mad FLCL vibes. I then I saw it's made by the pillows and I was like "Yeah that explains why."

XD Which btw, is kinda fitting and funny since the episode left off with Yuuhi in the dream world and the ED song is by "pillows". XD

I've only watched the first season, and while I enjoyed it, it's something you'll need to rewatch a couple of times to really understand it.

If this helps, the author of Lucifer and the Biscuit Hammer has been inspired by FLCL.

I personally really enjoyed it! I've watched the OG and both Alternative & Progressive.

It's good/meh. It's one of those you have to watch with a open mind and a couple of times.
S1 is a bit vintage since it came late 90's or early 2000's which is by Star Child and S2 continues it which is FLCL Progressive and FLCL Alternative is a split diverse spin off that's not connecting to the other two seasons except with the MC who is the hero instead of antagonist.
Also those 2 seasons are done by J.C. Staff that came out like 4 to 5 years ago.

Oh Ho! Now we're finally getting to the meat of things! Glad to see Yuuhi starting to come into his own, it's about time.

Pretty funny to see Animus just dismiss the 10th into a pile of golem spirals and then see that same "golem mess" fly off into the air like it was nothing. XD

So here's a thought....alright we have all 3 mythic knights....yet there are FOUR images on that stone door/gate that he passed through, I'm thinking there's something there representing a 4th knight, or whatever Yuuhi is to power up to.

Additionally, I kind of feel like Yuuhi shaking hands with the "Genius" The "Master" and getting a Kiss from Anime will play a part in his powering up as well....perhaps unlocking something in him or priming him for something. :)

Oh Yeah, two more things....I'm pretty sure Animus is always in his Pajamas for a reason.....dreams seem to play a prominent and key part in this series...

ALSO, I'm going to say it again....Animus sure does seem to bear a resemblance to an older Yuuhi.....could be just a coincidence though...🤔......but is that likely...?

considering all that has happened very likely. I actually think Animus is the nerd guy in the future. That's why he says you can't create stronger golems than me, cause he knows himself too good.

In the 8th episode it's said that Animus is from the far future, so I don't think Animus is Yuuhi.

You may be right, but seeing all the different tricks getting pulled in this anime recently, for instance, the not-yet-dead Master who has just finished his Diary/Memoire/Journal etc.. meeting Yuuhi on the stairs this ep and apparently still being alive in his time, leads me to not write off time travel of some sort at least, especially for someone like Animus. I.E. I'm willing to reserve my final judgement on that possibility for the time being.
